Where does Wyalba ship?
Wyalba currently ships within Australia. International shipping is also available on our 15g balms, roll ons and bath & body range.
Our natural perfumes are handmade and shipped from Paddington, Sydney. Orders will be packed and sent within 24 hours (during business days). We use Australia Post and deliveries to most capital cities still take 1-2 days. Apologies if delays do occur but mostly shipments are being delivered as usual.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary standard shipping anywhere in Australia for all orders over $40 AUD. Australian shipping for orders less than $40 is $10. ($40+ cart value applied AFTER any discount codes). For all orders less than $40, shipping is a flat rate of $10.
International shipping is at a flat rate of $60 AUD.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Australian orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed, or the next business day. Generally Australian orders will arrive within 2 days for major capital cities and up to 5-7 days for regional locations. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer. Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur. Tracking numbers will be emailed once parcels have left our warehouse and deliveries can be tracked via Australia post website.
For most deliveries, COVID-19 is not affecting our packing or shipping times.
Why don’t you offer express shipping?
All of our shipments are made using Australia Post which will deliver to most capital cities in 1 – 2 business days.
If you prefer overnight shipping, please contact info@wyalba.com.au to place your order. Overnight shipping is $15.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All payments are secure.
What if I would like a refund?
We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason. Please email info@wyalba.com.au and we can provide instructions on how to return your perfume. Returns can only be accepted on products that have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs. Tickets to An Evening of the Senses are non-refundable.
What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?
Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($15 for Australian orders).
What if I would like to exchange for a different product?
We will happily exchange your order for something else. Please email info@wyalba.com.au and let us know what you would like instead. Products must be unused and returned to us undamaged. We do not cover the additional shipping costs.
Can I have my parcel gift wrapped or a card included?
Please email us on info@wyalba.com.au at the time of placing your order with any requirements.
What if I need my parcel urgently?
If you need your order before a certain date contact us prior to placing an order to confirm possible delivery times. Our delivery service is typically very quick, but we can send it express post via Australia Post if you'd prefer.
Can I amend my order after it has gone through?
Once processed, we cannot amend orders. We cannot apply discount codes after processing.
Can I use multiple discount codes in the one order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Where are Wyalba products manufactured?
Wyalba perfume is hand made in Sydney using only natural ingredients.
Is Wyalba an Australian company?
Yes, Wyalba is fully Australian-owned. Our ABN is 37 163 733 337.
